Hello, I’m Teresa Gardiner and I’m glad you’re here.
I stand firmly grounded as a way-shower, a messenger and revealer of the light and love of Spirit. It’s what I was born to be - my noble purpose, you could say, and it’s what has guided and tickled my heart and soul from a very young age. I’m now at a place in life that I’m owning who I am.
I’m a natural healer, a licensed Spiritual Practitioner, and ministerial student with the Centers for Spiritual Living where we practice Science of Mind and Spirit principles that transform our lives into a sacred celebration!
I offer you personal spiritual mentoring, prayers, talks, workshops, as well as officiating your wedding celebration. I’m blessed to have spent the last 30 years leading groups, speaking, teaching courses, and creating transforming events for various spiritual groups and individuals in northern California.

The Work We Do
Our work is always our work to do, no matter how much we’d like it to be about someone else: it’s our work. It’s that finger pointed at someone else with three fingers pointed back at you. That’s the gift! Sometimes we feel like screaming, we may drag our feet, and laugh with tears falling...Yes, life’s transformative work can also bring us to the very edge of discomfort. Yet, we always return right here - we. come. home. grateful. and awestruck, by the sheer beauty and joy of life. We return to the light.

For many years, I’ve been passionately involved in exploring human potential. I’ve done a deep-dive into many areas, especially around lifestyles, sensuality, communication, and the Queen that incorporates them all, spirituality.
I’ve lived beyond the usual ways of conformity in our social norms, leading a pretty alternative, creative, and entrepreneurial lifestyle. Finding a more authentic way of expressing life has been a mission for me.
I followed my calling, rolled up my sleeves and started to do the rewarding, yet heavy lifting. I became a Centers for Spiritual Living Licensed Practitioner and will soon be one of their ministers. I’ve grasped a good, clear understanding of how this Thing called Life unfolds for our ever-increasing good. I’m here to teach and assist folks in experiencing a higher vision for their life.
And I’m passionate about sharing the Science of Mind and Spirit tools that have brought me the consciousness that continues to shift and change my life in meaningful and amazing ways. I’m grateful for the life principles I’ve come to count on to live consciously with more joy, happiness, love, and feeling more fulfilled than I ever thought possible. I’m incredibly grateful to understand that there is a power in the universe, and we can use it, and it uses us. Game changer.
